Multifunctional and multifaceted, the ensemble juxtaposes residential and commercial space in an integrating urban concept. Designed on a land that imposes a main direction, the composition consists of a succession of volumes that recreate the image of a city street, through the commercial ground floor and the multiple access to the 5 residential floors.

The facades are integrated into the urban landscape, becoming the interruption and chromaticity variation factor as well as evenness of volumes through multiple recesses and colors being used.
