General designer and design for architecture, structure, installations, interiors, quality site supervision, urban planning

Located in the center of Bucharest, adjacent to the main thoroughfares, the building appears as a materialization of urban living, including all the required amenities for a contemporary residential building. A commercial ground floor and 3 floors with 2 apartments per level, create the two-directional volume. The facades, created in a harmonious relationship between solid and void, receive metal accents by treating terraces and loggias with railings and rifles that filter the visibility of the intimate residential spaces. The architectural object, thus, becomes, by summing up its parts, an accomplished urban intervention that capitalizes on the human presence.
