Ploiesti West Park is the most important industrial park in the Ploiesti area, located west of Ploiesti, between Aricestii Rahtivani commune and Buda village. The park is located between the national road DN72 (Ploiesti-Targoviste) and DJ101L, benefiting from easy access to DN1/western ring road Ploiesti, and the entrance on the A3 Ploiesti-Bucharest Highway.
Ploiesti West Park, a modern project of industrial halls with storage and production spaces covers an area of 300 hectares, including rented industrial halls, developed buildings Built-to-suit (BTS), major occupants, respectively land available for new developments/sale. The park includes major occupants in the oil field, production and the automotive sector, respectively logistics.
The B.I.G. -Tessutica Romania was built in 2013 for the developer Ploiesti West Park, the hall having an area of 22,000sqm. Standard features of the project included: industrial floors and doors, heating, ventilation, lighting and electrical distribution, fire protection systems, thermal insulation and roofs, entrance gates, heavy-duty outdoor platforms, fencing.
