The entire prefabricated factory of Ergon structure (currently Ferobeton) is located on a land of 170,077 sqm in the village of Negoiesti, Brazi commune, Prahova county, south of Ploiesti Municipality.

The height regime is Ground floor for hall and warehouses, partially Ground floor + 1st Floor. The area built for the production hall, storage and related functions of offices and utilities is 14,959sqm; parking platforms, roads, the precinct is 18,900sqm; green spaces and utilities is 15,2836 sqm (includes land left available for construction).

The investment project involved the construction of a factory for the production of structural elements from concrete and prestressed concrete for constructions, precast precast elements (columns, beams) and gaps for floors within strips.

The production hall has an opening of 25 meters interax and a length of 337 meters in the extension of which there is an open-air warehouse of the finished elements with the opening of 25 meters interax and the length of 120 meters. In the immediate vicinity of the production hall there is another hall with an opening of 25 meters interax and a length of 108 meters that houses the concrete station, the aggregate warehouse, the locker rooms for workers, the maintenance workshop and the administrative body.
