General designer and design for architecture, structure, installations
Located on the seaside of the Black Sea, at Cap Aurora, the building forms a composition of differentiated volumes that give rise to a dynamic architectural object. On the inside, there are three distinct levels in terms of layout, spatial construction and functionality. Thus, they line up, starting with the functional basement comprising the garage and technical spaces, the open ground floor which houses the living rooms or the kitchens, and the intimate first floor with its row of bedroom. The relationship with the exterior is created by using multiple terraces, both at the ground floor and on the first floor, either open or covered by overlapping volumes.
In terms of landscape design, a water feature was created through a pool with two depths. A light, elongated structure made of wood, that houses a gazebo, was installed in the garden to provide the much-needed shade.
The façades aesthetics and landscaping are integrated in the torrid context of the seashore by repeated use of stone coverings and plasters in neutral colors.
