The TGA project invests in technologies associated with technological flows, in 4 Modules. They are based on the following characteristics:
Module 1 – the technologies associated with this module target robotic techniques for processing composite materials throughout the monitoring cycle. These technologies have revolutionized production in the field of composite materials for aerospace structures, and TGA will use the mix in an innovative robotic system with articulated multi-axis machining capabilities.
Module 2 – is dedicated to acquisition of systems and equipment for metallic materials with complex shape and includes: CNC vertical machining center with 5 simultaneous axes, 7-axis portal processing center, metal materials processing center 3 (Direct Metal Laser Melting technology) for large-gauge prototypes, integrated robotic riveting system.
Module 3 – dedicated to surface coatings in the controlled atmosphere, it hosts installations adapted for the aerospace industry (painting room in controlled atmosphere with fixed geometry, painting room in controlled atmosphere, mobile, with variable geometry, sandblasting system) and offers a high level of productivity, low operating costs, low environmental impact and the highest level of operational safety.
Module 4 – the technologies associated with Module 4 are aimed at advanced design and control for “3D” manufacturing . The acquisition of software and hardware systems completes the existing advanced design capabilities.
