LOG CENTER Ploieşti I, II and III represents a logistical development in three phases, which spans a total area of 336,500 sqm. The project represents the development in the second phase with an area of 15,000 sqm, between 2016-2017 and consists of a building with a rentable storage area and annexes, utilities, related platforms and roads on the premise. The building has the technical characteristics of a class A warehouse.
