General designer and design of architecture, structure, installations
Two offset halves join together to form a complete volumetric composition. The use of curved geometry accentuates the linear junctions of volumes, the gaps giving rise to accesses. The construction curves are accentuated in the exterior design through successive wooden panels and perimeter sidewalks.
On the inside, the volumes generate a fluid circulation in the open space of the ground floor, polarized by the core comprising the living room and the dining room. Unlike the open ground floor, the first-floor segments the interior into several spacious bedrooms. A generous void is left in the staircase area, which allows a visual link between the two levels, aided also by the slightly curved staircase that follows the outer wall.
