Monsanto Romania has been one of the largest producers of genetically modified, conventional pesticides and seeds for agriculture. In June 2018 The American manufacturer Monsanto was bought by the German giant Bayer, one of the biggest players in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in the world. The project represented a challenge through scale, technological details, work style and communication with the client, being an example of good practice  in designing for the niche field of modern industrial agriculture.
