Riverside Tower is an Office Building with Bf+GF+M+14+15 (technical floor), enjoying a splendid view and a great location in the Grozavești area, on the Dâmbovița river. The building has offices with workstations, meeting rooms, conference rooms, protocol rooms, equipped executive offices, currently being one of the only office buildings with a rentable area of 13,248.99 square meters that offer this facility. It is equipped with 6 high speed elevators, 3 of them panoramic elevators.
The building is located 200 m away from the Grozavesti subway station and the overground transportation: trams, buses, there is a bus stop in front of the building. In the surronding neighborhood are Carrefour Orhideea, Grozavesti Overpass, Polytechnics University, Afi Cotroceni Mall. The access to the location is made from two streets: Splaiul Independentei, the main boulevard, with 2 directions, and from the secondary street Lt. Stefan Marinescu.
The project presented some innovative construction solutions that led to a rational and efficient level of investment with high impact. The central heating system is located on the roof of the tower so that it has cheaper fire protection for the entire building. Parking lots are located on the Mezzanine and 1st Floor, with open air facades, in the initial project. Central ventilation units are located according to the sunlight survey, allowing maximum efficiency with minimum consumption.
