The project consists of a building that integrates, both functionally and barometrically, in the urban context of Timpuri Noi – B-dul Gh.
Sincai area. The ensemble includes two buildings with a SB+GF+8 Floors, respectively SB+GF+7 Floors-8 Floors, linked through a traffic area and crossed by interior public spaces that can operate semi-openly, being the building’s link to the outside. These are organized on an ascending spiral that peaks on a consoled terrace – an accent element on the facade, leisure area and city sightseeing place.

The project represented an opportunity to create public space, dedicated to students, that are interlinked with the housing functionality: reading and leisure areas, spanning two levels, accessible through the floor circulation, that rhymes and improves the dynamics of the interior journey.

The entrance hall on the ground floor includes a concierge, waiting space, the bar, while floor between one and eight include housing rooms, reading spaces, study, workshop, utility spaces (storage areas, washing and drying rooms, IT room), technical area on the 8th floor (central heating, central ventilation), while parking places are available on the semi-basement and, partially, on the ground floor.

The project was mentioned on the short list at Romanian Building Awards 2016, Bucharest, Romania
