UTTIS is the market leader in heat treatment equipment for metal parts.

The investment of the company, from Com. Vidra, Ilfov county, was designed by OOPY Arhitectura and carried out by Meterra Construct, together with the investment, Efd-Inducro in 2009-2010, benefiting from a financing program with Norwegian non-reimbursable funds.

The building is made on a fire-protected metal structure, reinforced concrete floors on lost formwork and metal panel enclosures, functionally presenting a building of offices and annexes, Gf + 3, a production hall, cargo yard, car park and utilities.
